EQFI has extensive expertise in developing assessment tools across various domains, including subject-specific tools for English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and EVS. Our capabilities also encompass creating tools to assess life skills, 21st-century competencies, personality development, work readiness, English proficiency, and student wellness.

National Achievement Survey: NCERT: Pan-India learning assessment
EQFI, in collaboration with UNICEF, served on the core tool development and review committee for NAS assessments in Language, Math, Science, EVS, and Social Studies for grades 3, 5, and 8 in 2017 and 2021. In 2021, EQFI contributed over 1,200 test items.
Rise to Shine: Work readiness assessment study: Teach for India
Teach For India, in collaboration with Deutsche Post DHL, launched the 'Rise to Shine' program for Grade 9 students to explore career paths. As part of the initiative, DP DHL and EQFI conducted a work readiness assessment for 500 students.
Road to school: Ashok Leyland and Learning Links Foundation
Ashok Leyland, in partnership with the Tamil Nadu government, launched the LEAP program to enhance education, nutrition, and health in government schools near its units. EQFI analyzed assessments for the Road to School Project, covering 49,000 students in grades 2-8 across 714 schools.
Assessment of English Skills: Magic Bus
Magic Bus India Foundation's Adolescent and Livelihood program connects youth from marginalized communities to formal employment opportunities. EQFI developed a language assessment tool to measure the impact, testing 315 students across 14 centers in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi on workplace-relevant English skills.
GyanKaPitara: Educate Girls
Educate Girls, a project by Foundation to Educate Girls Globally, enhances enrollment, retention, and learning for marginalized girls. EQFI partnered to assess learning improvements in classes 3-5 through "GyanKaPitara" sessions and baseline skills of 21,632 class 2 students in 832 schools across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Evaluating education interventions in Jammu and Kashmir: UNICEF
EQFI assessed learning levels in English, Math, and Science for grades 3, 5, and 7 across 248 schools and 7,200 students in Leh and Rajouri districts. The study analyzed factors like gender, caste, family occupation, and economic background.
